Perfect Charmer puts the photo into the charm for you. A digital copy of the photo just needs to be sent via email to rachel@perfectcharmer.com.au Uncropped photo/s are preferred as I like to crop and resize them to fit into the charms myself.

Once I have your photo/s, a preview of your charm with your photo in it will be made up and sent to you for your approval. Once you give the go ahead to proceed the charms only take a day to make up and post out. These are your postage options and delivery time estimates. These charms are not sold as a "DIY item" and it would honestly be alot easier if Perfect Charmer put the photo in for you because we have the best tools to make your charm as perfect as possibe. However, if it is that important that you make your own charm then we are more than happy to help.

The higher the resolution the better the end result, however some people don't have the luxury of an album of photos to choose from and some only have hard copies. Old photos can be scanned or if you have a decent camera on your phone you can take a photo of a photo. If you are unsure about the quality of the photo you would like to use, email them through and I can let you know!! There is no limit to how many photos you can send through and I can send you a preview of what the photo in the charm will look like BEFORE you make any purchase.

Before or after an order has been placed, you can send Perfect Charmer your photos via email to rachel@perfectcharmer.com.au Once we know which charm you would like your photo in, we then make up and send you a preview of what your charm/s will look like for your approval before the order is finalised and posted. ​In most cases, charms only take a day to make up and post out.
